South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a Miniratna Company and subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has released the notification for the recruitment of T&S Grade C Posts 2026.
This recruitment drive is primarily for filling vacancies of Mining Sirdar T&S Grade C and Deputy Surveyor T&S Grade C in various SECL mines.
Eligible candidates who possess the required certificates from DGMS can apply online through the official SECL portal.

Mining Sirdar T&S Grade C	Update Soon	10th (Matriculation) or equivalent exam passed from any recognized Board. Valid Mining Sirdar Certificate of competency issued by DGMS. Valid First Aid & Gas Testing Certificate. OR Diploma in Mining Engineering with Valid Overman's Certificate of Competency.
Deputy Surveyor T&S Grade C	Update Soon	10th (Matriculation) or equivalent exam passed. Valid Survey Certificate of competency granted by DGMS.

Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years (For General / EWS)
Age Relaxation: 3 Years for OBC (NCL) and 5 Years for SC/ST category as per Govt. rules.
No upper age limit for Departmental Candidates of Coal India Limited / Subsidiaries.

Basic Pay: ₹31,852.56/- per month (T&S Grade-C) as per the National Coal Wage Agreement (NCWA).
Plus DA, Attendance Bonus, Special Allowance, HRA, and other allowances as per Coal India rules.

Written Examination (Computer Based Test - CBT / OMR Based).
The written exam will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) related to technical knowledge and general awareness.
Document Verification of original certificates (DGMS, First Aid, Educational).
Initial Medical Examination (IME) for fitness.
